About Tesla Energy LIghts

About CranioSacral Therapy

"I am a firm believer in the art of CranioSacral Therapy.   I was having difficulty with problem solving and staying on track at work.  I felt like I was off balance both emotionally and physically.  When I heard about CranioSacral Therapy that it was helping the body heal itself through soft touch and thought intervention I was intrigued.  I knew there was nothing medically that could help with my condition.....I felt it was mostly emotional yet had physical ramifications.
   I went to see Jana and on my first visit I felt an unraveling of stress and a release of so much tension that I felt energized.  I hold my stress between my shoulder blades and Jana helped me to release that stress.  It was like a tightly wound ball of string that Jana found the end and held it up to let it unravel.
   My next session was a physical pain in my side since having 3 miscarriages.  Being a tummy sleeper whenever I would flip over in bed it would feel as though I was ripping something on the inside of my right pelvic area.  I'd had an sonogram and a doctor's exam and nothing showed up.  It was all in my head the doctor said.  Jana helped me to release this physical pain by identifying it then letting it go.  She located the spot of my pain and with her soft touch and brought it to the surface then I saw it in my mind's eye and between the two of us we released it. I have been pain free for 2 years.
   Jana says the body remembers traumatic instances both emotional and physical and if not dealt with the body can continue to feel the trauma.  Another physical pain I was having was varicose veins which I developed when pregnant with my daughter.  While in the womb, my daughter would set herself where she was pressing mostly on my right side.  During my last two months of pregnancy I developed varicose veins behind my right knee.   After she was born I would still get a achy feeling behind my right knee and my veins would stick out like blue worms during my menstrual cycle.  This went on for 22 years.  Jana helped my body to release this pain and now I don't have the pain or the blue wormlike veins anymore.
      I still go to Jana for a tune-up sort of thing to make sure all is well with my body.  I firmly believe in CranioSacral because not everything can be fixed with popping a pill.  We can help heal ourselves if given the right tools.
